Christmas in Burford Reverse Santa Claus Parade

Saturday, December 12th, 2020
This year, Burford’s Agricultural Society, Optimist Club and Lions Club are hosting a Santa Claus Parade COVID style. Local community groups, organizations and businesses are asked to set up exhibits and displays in a family-friendly Christmas theme just as they would do for the annual Parade throughout the town. Families will also be encouraged to decorate their properties for a chance to win prizes. On December 12th the people of Burford and surrounding area will have the opportunity to drive the streets of Burford admiring the decorated homes and floats. To top it off, Santa will be sitting on his front porch waving to everyone who drives by.
If you are interested in participating in this year’s reverse parade. Floats can be set up on trailers, back of trucks or a ground display. You are free to use a generator, however, we are asking that no float or display is manned to adhere to the social distancing regulations. Entry forms available through below email, The Burford Advance and Miles Flowers. Contact or drop off at Miles Flowers by Nov 30th to enter.
Thank you for your continued support.
