The Brant County Federation of Agriculture (BCFA) is a county unit of the Ontario Federation of Agriculture. As a general farm organization our role is to advocate on behalf of our members (farmers) and promote Ontario agriculture. We actively provide input into municipal planning initiatives, review the relevance of programs that affect farming in general, and encourage and promote buying from our local farms. There are over 650 members within Brant who grow and produce over 40 different crops, vegetables and fruits, as well as a variety of livestock operations.
